RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The purpose of Biocare International s.a.s (“the Seller”) is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 30 calendar days from the day you received the products purchased on Biocare International s.a.s.

The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier that the Seller himself will send directly to your address. The return shipping is completely paid by the Seller as they offer you a free return service. Products can only be returned after completing the return request. To complete the request you must send an email with the request to info@bicroma.com

RETURNS
You can make a free return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date of your order. The return is free of shipping costs, we will take care of everything. The only terms to be observed for returns are:

• the items to be returned must be carefully packaged as they were delivered to you to protect them from transport;
• they must not be damaged or used;
• they must be returned with the appropriate identification tag and in their original packaging.
